Job description

You will be working at our branch in Algés, where you will have 2 colleagues. The two Account Managers complete the team, they spend most of their time at customer locations.
You will work intensively with and support the Account Managers to achieve sales and gross margin. You will ensure that the right products in the right quality reach the customer at the right time, including the associated administration.

Your tasks include:

  • Placing national and international orders and monitoring them.
  • Receiving orders, entering material into the system and into physical stock.
  • Processing customer orders, preparing shipping documents, and respective invoicing, which includes packaging activities and shipping collection.
  • Analyzing and answering public tenders and other public or private procedures.
  • Assisting with regulatory and compliance issues of medical devices.

Your profile

  • You have knowledge of logistics, administrative tasks, public tenders (electronic platforms), and Medical Devices (an advantage) supplemented with some years of experience in a similar position.
  • You feel comfortable in a small close-knit team, where work sometimes needs to be done under time pressure, and where you are collectively responsible for the success of the branch.
  • You like to take initiative and can keep a good overview, you are accurate.
  • You are proficient in both Portuguese and English (speaking and writing).
  • You have experience working with Excel and Word.
